1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery, assembly, commissioning of the EDS (Explosive Detection System) device, at least standard 3.1 along with the modification of the registered baggage transport system at Lublin Airport S.A.

2. As part of the execution of the contract, the Contractor, in addition to the delivery of the Equipment, shall also perform:

a) transport of the Devices to the premises of their final foundation

at the Ordering Party's address: Króla Jana III Sobieskiego 1 in Świdnik 21-040;

b) assembly of the Devices together with all ancillary devices;

c) connecting the Devices to existing installations;

d) execution of construction works necessary for the reconstruction of the entrance to the BHS room and the new designed separate room

e) configuration and commissioning of the Devices;

f) staff training – detailed requirements are specified in § 9 of the Agreement, and

w SWZ;

g) delivery of an electronic version of the user manual on a CD/DVD or other electronic medium
