Europe-wide award of planning and construction services for the new construction of an administration building in Plochingen
The administrative district of Esslingen intends to create additional jobs for employees at the site of the former Plochingen hospital by constructing a new building in addition to the renovation and refurbishment measures already underway in the former hospital building. An office complex in the KfW 40 standard with a capacity for around 225 employees is planned. The district is currently assuming an investment volume of approx. EUR 23.3 million gross without DIN 276 Cost Group (KG) 700 | Construction costs.
The structural services to be provided in connection with this new building include, as an option, the demolition of an existing building and the construction of the office building itself. The services to be provided must all be carried out in close coordination with the already ongoing renovation and refurbishment measures of the former hospital building. There are several structural / technical interfaces that must be comprehensively taken into account and coordinated within the framework of planning and execution.
The bidder must offer the client to plan and construct the turnkey construction of the new administration building in accordance with the specifications of the space program and further explanations.
The space program for the administration building, whose urban planning, architectural and functional quality and energy efficiency are given high priority, includes a program area (NF) of approx. 5,000 m
The realization of the project takes place in the framework of a Europe-wide tendering competition for planning and construction work in the negotiated procedure according to VOB / A with an earlier Europe-wide participation competition under implementation of the "two-envelope procedure".
Further information on the subject of the contract will be sent to the candidates selected in the course of the competition and invited to submit an offer. In this context, it is pointed out that planning proposals have to be worked out already during the bidding phase.
