The Multi Operator Framework Agreement shall include Composite Design Services incorporating:

(A) Architecture and PSDP: As principle service provider, PSDP and team leader. The Composite Team shall include the following Specialist Skills:

(SE) Structural/Civil Engineering.

(M&E) Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Building Services Engineering.

(QS) Quantity Surveying.
