The initiative involves the acquisition of:

- hardware and software components necessary for the implementation and operation of the new storage solution;

- hardware and software maintenance services for a basic period of 60 months;

- On-body services for production start-up (including installation, configuration and production start-up of the new solution, data migration from the current one, and integration of the provided solution with the Institute's SDDC services portal) and training;

- Specialist support services based on consumption based on a total of 800 hours/person (with guaranteed consumption of 200 hours/person).

The starting price is €1,730,000.00.
