The customer intends to procure and enter into an agreement with one (1) supplier who provides an integrated facility management solution at the authority's premises in Stockholm.

The facility management in Stockholm refers to an integrated internal service solution and includes the following sub-services with the possibility of call-off:

•Cleaning

•                      Kontorsväxter,

•                      Vattenautomater,

•                      Kaffeautomater,

• fruit and milk deliveries,

•Waste management

•                      Vaktmästeritjänst (option)
