The contracting authority for the contest is SÅTE-IKT on behalf of Stor-Elvdal, Åmot, Trysil and Engerdal Municipalities.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for the delivery of a trade system for processing building applications. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for a user friendly and secure trade system for processing building applications in the SÅTE municipalities, which simplifies the process for executive officers, the municipalities' inhabitants and businesses. SÅTE-IKT focuses on development, digitalisation and automation.

This is a new notice for a previously cancelled tender contest. This time it is an open tender contest and not a two stage procedure with negotiations.

The system delivery consists of a complete trade system for processing building applications, in accordance with KS' ‘National Product Specification — Trade System for Digital Building Application Processing (eByggeSak),’ recent version and the contracting authority's requirements for the system delivery.
