As part of the conversion of the Latécoère industrial site, Toulouse Métropole Habitat is the owner of plot lot n°2 (cadastral 805 Ad 597), currently empty of any activity, on which it plans a phased work program. At this stage, the development project envisages the realization of a residential floor area of approximately 18,500 m² as well as a school group on a land area of 5,000 m² in the south-eastern part of the plot lot. Details of the tasks entrusted to the holder shall be given in the technical programme for each lot.
This operation shall be divided into two tranches for each lot:
- Firm tranche: Plot lot n°2 outside the right of way of the future school group
- Optional bracket: Influence of the future school group.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
