Land and Property Services is seeking to procure a solution which enables OSNI large scale vector mapping to be efficiently updated and maintained, to the required accuracy and survey standards, by LPS data collection staff. This procurement aims to:

1. secure support services for the OSNI_2015 large scale mapping data in the LPS spatial Database (currently Oracle 12c);

2. provide a workflow system;

3. implement the OSNI_2015 data rules end-to-end throughout the data maintenance cycle, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of OSNI_2015 is upheld and improved;

4. provide topological editing software to be used for editing the GML work packages extracted by the workflow solution;

5. generate replacement OSNI mapping products for customer supply as the OSNI_2015 data is revised;

6. provide training on all aspects of the data management flowline;

7. keep LPS abreast of technology changes in line with NICS policies.
