Nord-Trøndelag Regional Health Authority, c/o the Property Department, invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest regarding purchase of consultancy services.

The Property Department is responsible for maintenance and construction of buildings and plants at the Contracting Authority's disposal. This applies to the Hospital Levanger, the Hospital Namsos, Stjørdal District Psychiatric Centre, Kovereid District Psychiatric Centre and personnel housings. The total area is approx. 100 000 m².

The Property Department is responsible for planning and implementing both new buildings as well as reconstruction/renovation projects. The Property Departement wishes to enter into a framework agreement with consultants that can assist with this work within defined subject areas. See point 2.1 in the tender documents.
