Description:
Delivery of paper to the Bavarian police

The object of the contract is a framework agreement in accordance with Section 103 (5) GWB in conjunction with Section 21 VGV with

a contract period of 12 months. The contract runs from 01.05.2022 - 30.04.2023. In mutual

By agreement, a one-time extension of 3 months is possible under the same conditions. This

Framework agreement includes the supply of paper, in accordance with product description point I.6 and

I.7 of the contract document (file 02), to Bavarian police authorities. The total order volume for all

Regionless (see file 05 Delivery Offices across Bavaria, amounts to approx. 129.69 million sheets of paper according to the

Product description point I.6 and I.7 in the year.

Regional lot 1

Delivery of paper to Bavarian police authorities. The order volume for lot 1 is approx. 69.5

million sheets per year. Lot 1: The areas of the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria (except the state capital and

Munich district), Swabia, Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate with the police headquarters located in them

Lower Bavaria, Upper Bavaria North and South, Upper Palatinate, Swabia North and South as well as the services there

the Bavarian riot police. Deliveries have to be made on call by the departments at the earliest

to take place from 01.05.2022. The delivery period is a maximum of five working days (Mon — Fri) after call

in accordance with II.4 of the contract document. The delivery has different from the ZAVB (additional general

terms of contract, file 03) “free point of use”. The franking “free point of use”

includes provision at the point of use specified in the order letter (e.g. office,

rooms, warehouses). The contractor has the contractual items during the general working hours

(Monday to Thursday: 07:30am to 4:00pm Friday: 7:30am to 12:00pm)

designated recipient/location (s). The contractor bears the shipping/transport costs and all

associated ancillary costs (e.g. insurance, customs duties).

Bidder groups are jointly and severally liable.

Regional lot 2

Delivery of paper to Bavarian police authorities. The order volume for lot 2 is approximately 19.8 million.

Regional lot 3

Delivery of paper to Bavarian police authorities. The order volume for lot 3 amounts to approx. 40.4 million sheets

per year. Lot 3: The areas of the administrative districts of Upper, Middle and Lower Franconia with the Presides of Upper, Central and Lower Franconia

Central and Lower Franconia, as well as the services of the Bavarian riot police there. The Deliveries

must be made on call of the departments from 01.05.2022 at the earliest. The delivery period is

a maximum of five working days (Mon — Fri) after retrieval in accordance with II.4 of the contract document. The delivery has different

by the ZAVB (Additional General Terms and Conditions, File 03) “free point of use”.

The “free point of use” franking includes provision in the order letter specified in the order letter
