This contract is a supply contract, subject to standing orders, which aims:
- the initial layout of a Datacenter at the Perex 4.0 Center as well as the subsequent services for the evolution of the datacenter and the maintenance operations of the Center,
- the supply, installation and maintenance of a converged infrastructure composed of storage and computing systems,
- supply, commissioning and configuration of active network equipment (routers, switches, firewall ...),
- cleaning of the data center, ancillary premises, confinements, cable trays.
In the context of this contract, SOFICO acts as a purchasing center in accordance with Articles 2, 6
This lot 1 has two parts:
- component 1: electrical distribution, IT cabling, confinements and computer racks, video surveillance of the data center, access control to the various spaces, and centralized technical management,
- part 2: security, fire.
Lot 2 concerns the supply, installation and maintenance of a converged infrastructure which will consist of a storage system part and a computing system part.
The details of the technical prescriptions are attached to the special specifications.
The summary inventory lists the various items allowing the acquisition and maintenance in good working condition (24/7) during the contractual duration of the contract.
This converged infrastructure will be hosted in 2 separate sites; namely in the Perex Center Datacenter in Daussoulx (lot 1) and the Cap-Nord Datacenter in Namur.
The Perex Datacenter will be the main site while the Cap-Nord Datacenter will be used as a redundant site. The interconnection between the 2 Datacenters will be provided by the fiber optic network of SOFICO.
Lot 3 concerns the supply, commissioning and configuration of active network equipment (routers, switches, firewall, etc.) which will constitute the backbone (core network) of the new technical IP network infrastructure to be deployed and which will be used as a first step for:
- the connectivity of the converged infrastructure (lot2)
- the commissioning of the first interrogation loop for remote remote management of locks and / or engineering structures. Eight sites will, in a first step, be equipped on the lower Sambre
- Full integration of the current IP MAN network infrastructure, i.e. more than 400 devices, into the new communication cores that will be installed in the new PEREX data center
This lot concerns the cleaning of the datacenter, additional premises, confinements, cable trays, with resources dedicated to IT environments.
