The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of collection, transport and management of the indicated municipal waste from all residential properties located in the municipalities of Kalety, Kochanowice, Pawonków and Woźniki.

The scope of the contract is the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste transferred by the owners of residential properties located in the abovementioned municipalities, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage as part of the entrusted task.

Provision of municipal waste collection and management services from owners of residential real estate arising in 4 (four) municipalities in the Śląskie Voivodeship.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of collection, transport and management of the indicated municipal waste from all resident real estate located in the Communes - Participants of the Ordering Group, equipping single-family real estate with bags, equipping multi-family real estate with containers, as well as collecting, transporting and managing selected waste from a Selective Point Collecting Municipal Waste. Employer - Participants of the Employer Group points out that single-family real estate is equipped with containers for collecting mixed waste.

2. The service of collection, transport and development will cover:

1) directly in front of the property:

a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01);

b) sorted waste:

- total collected plastics, metals, multi-material packaging (15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99),

- paper and waste paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01),

- glass and glass packaging (15 01 07, 20 01 02),

- biodegradable waste, including bio-waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01).

c) bulky waste (20 03 07);

2) at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point:

a) expired medicines (20 01 31 *, 20 01 32);

b) total collected plastics, metals and multi-material packaging - (15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99);

c) paper and waste paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01);

d) glass and glass packaging (15 01 07, 20 01 02, 17 02 02);

e) waste batteries and accumulators (20 01 33 *, 20 01 34);

f) fluorescent / fluorescent lamps (20 01 21 *);

g) chemicals (15 01 10 *, 20 01 13 *, 20 01 26 *, 20 01 27 *, 20 01 28, 20 01 29 *, 20 01 30);

h) bulky waste (17 09 02 *, 20 03 07);

(i) construction waste collected in separate containers, broken down by

- debris (17 01 01, 17 01 02),

- total construction waste, including sanitary fittings (17 01 80, 17 09 04, 17 01 07).

j) green waste (20 02 01);

k) worn tires (16 01 03);

3) Construction waste (17 01 07, 17 03 80, 17 06 04) collected before real estate in BIG BAG bags as part of additional services broken down into:

a) debris (block, brick, tile, crushed concrete, forged plaster);

b) waste roofing felt;

c) insulation materials (mineral wool, glass wool, foamed polystyrene, assembly foam).

3. The order should be completed within: From the day of concluding the contract, but not earlier than from 1/10/2019 to 31/12/2020 (In the event of extending the tender procedure, the starting date will be from the day of concluding the contract).

4. Estimated total amount of waste for collection and management in the period from 01/10/2019 to 31/12/2020:

- mixed: 8250 Mg,

- segregated: 2067.8 Mg

5. Estimated number of BIG BAG bags (with a capacity of 1m3) for collection from before real estate as additional services.

- 40 bags for waste: rubble,

- 20 bags for waste: roofing felt,

- 20 bags for waste type: insulating materials.
