Description:
Procurement of replacement mat and hygiene product services

The Helsinki Federation of Parishes (later the client) requests your offer for the procurement of replacement mat and hygiene product services for 19 parishes, 6 cemeteries, 4 camp centres and the Korsholm activity centre in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. Through competitive tendering, one (1) supplier of replacement mat and hygiene product services will be procured as rental services.

The procurement decision is expected to be made in August 2023 and the contract is expected to enter into force in October 2023.

The estimated total value of the contract is approximately EUR 500,000 (VAT 0%) including possible option years.

The subscriber is not obligated to purchase the services. The supplier has no exclusive distribution rights.

Parallel or alternative offers are not allowed.

The service package includes:

1) Mattovuokrauspalvelun

2) Towel rental service (roller towels), including rental dispensers with installations

3) Rental service for other hygiene products

The quantities mentioned in the invitation to tender and its annexes are estimates and are based on current usage volumes. The amounts may change (increase/decrease) during the contract period and the frequency of changing carpets and roll towels may change. Changes may be affected by summertime operations, renovations, termination of operations, etc. Due to the changes, it must be possible to suspend deliveries for an agreed period of time or cancel completely without compensation. All changes are always negotiated and agreed with the client separately on a case-by-case basis. Together with the client, the supplier conducts a needs assessment and a plan for the placement of products and replacement intervals. The intervals between changing carpets and towels are mainly every one, two, four or eight weeks.
