1. The subject of the agreement is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of a comprehensive service of supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas (group E), consisting in the sale of gaseous fuel and ensuring the provision of its distribution service, to installations located in the Contracting Authority's facilities, hereinafter referred to as Gas Collection Points (PPG), the list of which is included in Appendix No. 1 to umowy.2.Us the distribution of gaseous fuel to PPG will be carried out through distribution network owned by the local DSO – Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw. The Contractor declares that it has concluded an appropriate agreement for the provision of distribution services with the DSO, which shows that the Contractor is entitled to conclude this agreement, enabling the sale of gaseous fuel to the installations located in the Contracting Authority's facilities, through the DSO's distribution network.

5. The detailed scope of performance of the subject matter of the contract, which is the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, can be found in the model contract constituting Appendices No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

6. Required deadline for the implementation of the subject of the agreement: -The agreement is effective from the date of its signing, but not earlier than on 01.01.2024. -The agreement is concluded for a definite period of time until 31.12.2026. constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
