1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services:
a) technical support of the IT environment of the Marshal's Office of the Łódź Voivodship in the locations of the Contracting Authority in Łódź specified in Annex 1 to the contract. The indicated locations may change during the term of the contract, but they must be located within the administrative area of the city of Łódź,
b) repair of network and server equipment owned by the Ordering Party.
1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services:
a) technical support of the IT environment of the Marshal's Office of the Łódź Voivodship in the locations of the Contracting Authority in Łódź specified in Annex 1 to the contract. The indicated locations may change during the term of the contract, but they must be located within the administrative area of the city of Łódź,
b) repair of network and server equipment owned by the Ordering Party.
2. The scope of technical support for the IT environment of the Marshal's Office of the Łódź Voivodeship is specified in detail in Annex 1 to the draft contract (Description of the subject of the contract), which project constitutes - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. NOTE: Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority, acting pursuant to Article 131(2)(2) of the PPL, requires that before submitting the bid, the Contractors check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on site at the Contracting Authority (i.e. documents and internal procedures of the Contracting Authority concerning, m.in. IT system management policy and the principle of personal data protection, as well as a detailed list of hardware and software, referred to in point 1 of OPZ). The above-mentioned documents can be viewed at the headquarters of the Contracting Authority, i.e.: Marshal's Office of the Łódź Voivodeship, al. Józefa Piłsudskiego 8, 90-051 Łódź, on working days during office hours, by appointment with the employee at the following telephone number: 42 663 3369 or 42 291 9770.
Note: Pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the PPL Act, the Ordering Party rejects an offer that has been submitted without checking the documents necessary for the execution of the order available on the spot at the Ordering Party.
4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the following persons to be employed on the basis of an employment relationship:
a) Persons holding the VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP 6.5 – DCV) certificate or later - performing works related to the server infrastructure of the Ordering Party, in particular based on the VMware environment.
b) Persons with the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certificate: Core Infrastructure - performing works related to the server infrastructure of the Ordering Party, in particular based on Windows Server operating systems and Hyper-V environment
c) Persons with the Implementation Engineer, Unity Solutions Specialist Version 1.0 certificate or newer - performing works related to the Ordering Party's SAN infrastructure, in particular based on EMC Unity arrays.
d) Persons certified as Implementation Engineer, Data Domain Specialist Version 2.0 or later - performing works related to the Ordering Party's SAN and backup infrastructure, in particular based on Dell Data Domain devices.
e) Persons with the DELL Specialist – Implementation Engineer, PowerEdge V 1.0 or newer certificate – performing works related to the server infrastructure of the Ordering Party, in particular based on Dell PowerEdge servers.
f) Persons holding the Fortinet NSE4 certificate – Network security professional – performing works related to the network infrastructure of the Ordering Party, in particular based on Fortinet devices.
g) Persons holding the Cisco Certified Professional Routing & Switching certificate - performing works related to the network infrastructure of the Ordering Party, in particular based on Cisco devices.
h) Persons holding the DELL Certified Professional – Networking certificate – performing works related to the network infrastructure of the Ordering Party, in particular based on Dell devices.
The Contracting Authority requires that throughout the period of performance of the services specified above, the above-mentioned staff of the Contractor's employees, employed on the basis of an employment relationship, be ensured. This obligation also applies to the replacement and change of persons made during the performance of the contract.
