The purpose of this contract is to:
- The installation and connections of the 5.5kV HV substation of the Bournillon power plant (the supply of the HVP substation is not included in the contract);
- The replacement of the HV cables of the "Groups - HTA substation" and "HTA substation - T1 transformer" links;
- HV and DC connections of new T1 and T2 evacuation transformers (the supply of 65.87 kV transformers ± 2*2.5% / 5.65 kV is not included in the market);
- Control-command adaptations of DC cabinets of groups G0, G1, G2, G3 and G4 and transformers T1 and T2 (with installation of Digital Protection Relays type Sepam)
Poste HTA (2024)
Removal of old materials (HTA cells) and evacuation/reprocessing of unpreserved HTA cells
Installation and connections of 7 or 8 HTA cells under metal jacket forming the 5.5 kV substation, 31.5 kA (4 removable vacuum circuit breaker cells, 1 cell type removable bar from departure to evacuation transformer T1, 1 cell from homopolar generator type fuse protection, 1 cell from transformer of auxiliaries type fuse protection, optionally 1 grounding cell (optional))
NB: The HV substation of the Bournillon power plant is currently equipped with MV cells of type FP 63E 7.2kV 1250A (GEC Alsthom) dating from 1998. EDF-HSM supplies the new HV substation. The manufacturer and range will be communicated later
Supply and installation/connection of a Homopolar Generator (GH) dry type composed of 3 single-phase elements individually hooded in an IP3X cabinet
Ground Network Compliance + Grounding
Adaptations of the GC necessary (leveling of the slab or frame, trench with sleeves for the GH ...)
Renewal/Replacement of DC connecting cables HTA station – Group control-command cabinets
Supply and installation of:
- 5 Digital Protection Relays type Sepam G60 (1 per CC group cabinet) and adaptations of CC group cabinets
- 2 Digital Protection Relays type Sepam T8x (1 per DC transformer cabinet) and adaptations of DC transformer cabinets
Studies, material dimensioning, electrical diagrams
Safety instruction sheets and manoeuvring sheets specific EDF cells
NB: Installation as far as possible, of equipment harmonized with the existing fleet Small EDF Hydraulic Facilities
HTA Power Cables (2024)
Removal, tipping and evacuation of existing cables (DC and HTA)
Power cable replacement of group links (G0, G1, G2, G3) at the HV substation. (Unit power group ranging from 4.5 to 7MVA)
Replacement of power cables of HVT substation – transformer T1 (25 MVA)
T1 transformer (2024)
Disconnection and evacuation/reprocessing of T1
Supply, installation and connection of the connecting cables between the cabinet of the new T1 transformer and the current TR15 CC cabinet of the plant. Transformer/DC exchanges (integration of transformer protections with the CC of the plant)
Installation Digital Protection Relay type Sepam T87 for transformer protections and protection of the 5.5kV bar set
HV connections
Supply and connection to the plant's CC of the TC tank mass of the new T1 transformer

Supply, installation and connections of gearboxes of:
- measurements (TC) PN side for the 4 groups with their grouping box (with power increase for the G0)
- data logger

Supply and connection to the CC of the plant, of the TC mass tank of the transformer
