The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and maintenance of forest infrastructure, to be performed in the area of the Koło Forest District in 2023. The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended - "Public Procurement Law") and executive acts to the Public Procurement Law.
