This work aims to:

- renovate and bring a building up to safety standards (ground floor + 3);

- renovate or replace the staircase leading to the upper floors of this building;

- transform a classroom into sanitary facilities (before December 2021);

- create two good-sized courtyards in the existing playground;

- transform and bring up to safety standards a house currently occupied by tenants in order to create classrooms, changing rooms, multipurpose rooms;

- connect the two plots and organize the spaces.
