The general aim of the contracts to be signed as a result of this interinstitutional procurement for the GSA is the provision of support activities at the GSA Headquarters in Prague, GSA office in Toulouse, GSMC France and GSMC Spain, the Galileo Service Centre in Madrid, the Galileo Reference Centre in Noordwijk, the Galileo Control Centres in Germany and Italy, and for the European Commission in Brussels as additional contracting authority for support of security issues related to the European GNSS Programmes (Galileo and EGNOS) and general issues for the future European space programme, EUSPA.

The subject matter of this lot is the provision of support to the GSMC in its primary and future missions, in particular security monitoring and the service interface for the access to the Galileo Public Regulated Service (PRS).

The required support in particular relates to security monitoring and the service interface for the access to the Galileo Public Regulated Service (PRS). This support will deal with the preparation and improvement of the GSMC operations, from the elicitation of operational and service needs and up to the training of the GSA operators and directly supporting some of those operations. This will encompass the support to build-up the accreditation file, as well as the missions-related engineering, product assurance and ILS support related to the equipment dedicated to GSMC’s missions.
