During 2020 and 2021 the Council upgraded its Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll systems from iTrent, and its Finance and Procurement systems from Oracle R12. These applications now sit within Oracle cloud which locally is referred to as the Council’s One Source system, emphasising the fully integrated aspect of the system now in operation.Since going live in June 2020 a contract with a system support provider has been in place. This contract is due to end on 31st August 2022 and the Council is therefore undertaking a tender to ensure a new contract is in place.

1.1 The Council wishes to procure a provider to provide support to the Councils Oracle Cloud One Source Project. specifically covering the: Constraints and Assumptions Scope and ObjectivesThe specification sets out the associated support requirements for the contract period. A review of support requirements will take place during the first 6 months of support as the Council continues to understand the support requirements of the business.
