The common supports* must be able to provide the support functions of several networks from the different construction contracts (ducts, pipes, cable trays and cable) and, for EIPs, ensure integrity under earthquakes, or even maintain the performance of the network after earthquakes.

*Families of supports: Multiform Complexes (MCF), U-Shaped Cradles (UF), H-Shaped Ground (HF), L-Shaped (LF) and T-Shaped (TF) Brackets, Single Point (SP) Hangers, Brackets (CF), Simple Profiles (FR), Transverse Profiles (MCF-SF).

In buildings 600, 601-HND, 601-COP and 601-HEB of the CIRCE facility, the various networks such as ventilation ducts, cable trays and pipes circulate in a limited volume of space. This requires the creation of common supports to accommodate ventilation, cable trays and pipes at the same time.

Networks include the components of each network (ducts, pipes, cable trays, and cable) and the fasteners on the primary supports. The common supports, which are the subject of this contract, must be able to provide support for several networks from the different construction contracts and, for the EIPs, ensure integrity under earthquakes, or even maintain the performance of the network after earthquakes.

It will be up to the tenderer to propose a support solution compatible with the HALFEN rails installed in the structural work. In all cases where no solution can be found to fix the supports on the existing HALFEN rails (support too far from the rails, dense network configuration, insufficient available space, earthquake zone category "CF"-,...), these will be anchored directly into the GC structures by anchoring.

The contract includes the supply and installation of various families of supports: Multiform Complexes (MCF), U-Shaped Cradles (UF), H-Floor Cradles (HF), L-Shaped (LF) and T-Shaped (TF) Stem Supports, Single Point Pendards (SP), Brackets (CF), Single Profiles (FR), Transverse Profiles (MCF-SF).

The firm share is broken down into 7 items: Supply and assembly of common supports and earthquake of Building 600 Lv00 / Lv01 / Lv02 / Bât 601 HEB / Bât 601 HND / Bât 601 COP / Transversal services (Base camp and workshop of the Owner, Organisation, documentation (DOE)).

the market consists of:

• Taking into account the input data (study file from the previous study phase). This engineering data consists of:

o A Solidworks and/or IFC file of the buildings, including the equipment and network layouts, as well as the definition of the supports made during the

previous study phase.

o A location plan for each building, with the position and identification of the supports to be assembled,

o The calculation note of each medium in pseudostatic mode.

o The detailed plan of each medium that describes all the components of the medium.

• The supply phase of the support components

• The manufacturing phase of the supports (cutting of profiles and pre-assembly of sub-assemblies of supports)

• The assembly phase (which is carried out in several stages according to the complexity of these and according to the timing defined by the OPC)

The optional part is broken down into 6 options: Overall calculation of the Bât 600 Lv00 / Lv01 / Lv02 / Bât 601 HEB / Bât 601 HND / Bât 601 COP

The estimated share for additional benefits is broken down as follows:

- the estimated share based on the scenario defined in the BPU,

- the estimated share based on a preliminary estimate for modifications and additions to supports and site life and contingencies.
