The subject of the contract is: collection of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and mixed properties (properties partly used as inhabited real estate and partly as uninhabited real estate (e.g. business activity, public utility facilities, etc.)) from the area of the city of Jasło and management of the collected waste, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling and reduction of the mass of waste biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities.
The subject of the contract is: collection of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and mixed properties (properties partly used as inhabited real estate and partly as uninhabited real estate (e.g. business activity, public utility facilities, etc.)) from the area of the city of Jasło and management of the collected waste, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling and reduction of the mass of waste biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities.
Waste management should be in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Waste Management Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Waste Act, the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, hereinafter referred to as the WPGO. Waste management should be in line with the waste hierarchy. Collected unsorted (mixed) municipal waste should be handed over directly to municipal installations.
Waste should only be collected from inhabited and mixed properties.
The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected from the city of Jasło over the entire period of the contract will amount to approximately 9732 Mg (tonnes), including:
unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and residues from municipal waste segregation (code 200301) in the amount of approximately 6120 Mg (tonnes);
separately collected municipal waste of the type: plastics / metals / multi-material packaging in the amount of approximately: 1200 Mg (tons);
separately collected municipal waste of the paper type in the amount of approximately: 192 Mg (tons)
separately collected municipal waste such as glass in the amount of approximately: 360 Mg (tonnes);
biodegradable waste (green waste code 200201) in the amount of approximately: 1200 Mg (tonnes);
bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 200307) in the amount of about 480 Mg (tonnes);
used tyres (code 160103): 36 Mg (tonnes);
construction and demolition waste (code 170107) in the amount of approximately: 24 Mg (tonnes);
biodegradable kitchen waste (code 200108) approximately: 120 Mg (tonnes).
