The subject of the order is: “Execution of construction works for investment in the north: Expansion of DW 764 in Kielce on the section from Ronda Fourartaków to the city border”.

1. The object of the order is:

Execution of construction works for the investment of the NCs:

“Expansion of DW 764 in Kielce on the section from Ronda Fourartaków to the border of the city”.

2. Construction works for the above investments include:

(a) the expansion of the Polish Army Street from Ronda Fourartaków to the city limits,

(b) the construction of new carriageways, buslanes, additional lanes at the intersection, bicycle paths, trails on foot — bicycle,

(c) the expansion of existing subordinated road inlets,

(d) the execution of bus bays,

e) expansion of street crossings: Dąbka — Polish Army, Polish Army — Kleck, Polish Army — Chabrow,

(f) the construction and reconstruction of individual and public descents,

(g) the construction of roads constituting access to real estate,

h) construction of additional roadways (WP access, Connector, access road WPII),

(i) construction of parking places for cars and persons with disabilities,

(j) construction and reconstruction of street lighting,

(k) construction and reconstruction of road drainage,

l) the construction of a technological channel,

(m) the performance of new horizontal and vertical marking,

(n) the construction of a rainwater treatment plant,

(o) reconstruction of colliding technical infrastructure networks,

p) the construction of retaining walls on two sides of the roadway on the section from the bus loop to the junction of WP-Klecka and at the height of the plot of 1111/63,

q) the construction of stairs in the course of the road constituting the access road to DW5, the access road WP II at Trojska Polskiego Street at the height of the plot of 111111/43,

r) the construction of a ramp on the south side of Polskiego Trojska Street on the section from the departure from the bus petle to the junction of WP-Klecka,

(s) felling of colliding trees and shrubs,

(t) plantings and replanting greens.
