The subject of the contract is the delivery of operational boots for the Bavarian police.

The Client assures the Contractor of the acceptance of the following purchase quantities during the potential entire contract term of 48 months. These are to be used as the basis for the calculation:

Binding minimum order quantity:

- 7,000 pairs of combat boots

In addition, the Contractor shall ensure that the following non-binding purchase quantities can be accepted without obligation during the entire term of the contract:

Non-binding purchase quantity:

- 7,000 pairs of combat boots

The following are agreed as the maximum purchase quantity during the potential entire contract period of 48 months:

- 14,000 pairs of combat boots
