The main purpose of the project is to get the experiences that Ukrainian refugees have at meetings with public services in Norway in various phases of the integration process.
Relevant topics for the survey include housing, the significance of housing and the skills and work experience they bring with them for qualification and integration through training/education and participation in the workforce, language skills, access to facilitated information from public authorities, participation in civil society, social contact in Norway and contact with Ukraine, perception of trust and belonging to Norwegian society, temporary residence and attitudes towards returning/repatriation.
In addition to investigating the experiences of refugees themselves, the 2023 project will shed light on the perspectives and experiences of public stakeholders that are central to the qualification and integration efforts.
