The contract is a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders. Its purpose is to rent 9-seater minibuses without a driver. The services are devolved in a single lot, the object does not allow the identification of separate services, the specifications and descriptions are set out in the C.C.T.P. The contract shall be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification of the contract, renewable three times by tacit agreement per one-year period, up to the maximum amount defined in the deed of commitment (A.E.) Minimum amount: €0, maximum annual amount: €20,000 excluding VAT and maximum amount over the total duration (all periods included): €80,000 (excluding VAT). No form of grouping is imposed.
