HVAC consultancy services shall be purchased. This is a parallel framework agreement, with up to 5 tenderers. The agreement applies for the whole of Rogaland. The tenderers will be ranked based on the evaluation. The tenderer who ranks highest will be contacted first. The tenderer is entitled to withdraw from the assignment if they do not have the opportunity and capacity to execute the assignment. The next tenderer on the list will then be asked to take the assignment.
