Pursuant to Article L.2125-1 of the French Public Procurement Code, the consultation will result in an allotted framework agreement, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount. This is a multi-awardee framework supply agreement with a maximum of 3 successful tenderers, with re-competition, which will be executed as and when required by the establishment of subsequent contracts under the conditions defined in Articles R.2162-2, R2162-7, R2162-8 and R.2162-10 of the French Public Procurement Code.
