management and preservation of archives: from the collection of boxes, to their return on request of services, the provision consists of ensuring the preservation of archives that remain available to the services

“Management and conservation of the archives of the Oniam and the CCI. Either:

- the recovery of the archives stored at the current holder of the contract,

- the conservation of the stock and the management of requests for dearchiving, then the reintegration of the archives,

- feeding the archives with new files as well as requests for the destruction of obsolete documents
