This contract concerns the completion of the redevelopment of the public space of Place Robert Schuman and its surroundings. This includes, in particular, the execution of the following work (non-exhaustive):

- the demolition of existing road installations and equipment and the treatment of materials;

- the installation of storm sewers and drainage devices;

- the installation of new road surfaces and associated foundations;

- the installation of all kinds of road equipment and devices such as lighting, signage, street furniture,...;

- the planting of all kinds of plants and their maintenance during the warranty period;

- the installation of all kinds of security devices in the security perimeter of the European Institutions;

- coordination with other companies with related missions (placement of traffic lights, installation of awnings, concessionaires, etc.) within the scope of the project;

- the supply of all materials and materials for the work described above;

- and any necessary works and services associated with them in order to be able to carry out the work safely and in a coordinated manner.

The project area includes:

- The sidewalks of the rue de la Loi between the bridge over the Chaussée d'Etterbeek and the Roundabout;

- The bypass of the Rue de la Loi between the Boulevard Charlemagne and the Rond-point;

- The service road along the European Institutions to the Roundabout;

- The roundabout itself from façade to façade, including the public space at the mouth of the tunnel;

- The little Street of the Law;

- The crossing between the small Rue de la loi and the Parc du Cinquantenaire;

- Part of the following adjacent streets: Rue du Taciturne, Boulevard Charlemagne, Rue Archimède, Avenue de Cortenberg, Avenue d'Auderghem, Rue Froissart.
