Expiry date / warranty period of the subject of the order: it may not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery, and for enteral and oral nutrition products – not shorter than half of the expiry date for a given product.
In drug and chemotherapy programs, only drugs placed on the NFZ reimbursement lists are allowed (the price of the drug cannot exceed the funding limit set by the NFZ).
The medicinal product being the subject of the order should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301, as amended). The offered medicinal product must be authorized for marketing on the terms set out in Article 3 or 4 paragraphs 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.
