The purpose of this contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for buildings and offices dependent on this provincial address, according to the specifications defined in the accompanying Technical Specifications.

The supply, maintenance, removal, replacement and correct emptying and sanitation of 24 sanitary hygienic containers distributed in the different buildings and offices.

The collection of paper for its destruction in 59 ecological containers distributed in the different buildings and offices.

- The integral cleaning of buildings and premises that will be subject to treatment in all areas, elements or objects that are part of them although not expressly mentioned, located in the dependencies that are related:

—— Headquarters building of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of the Social Security and Administration 11/01, located at Avenida Amílcar Barca, 5 de Cádiz. Surface: 12 822.33 m 2 ,

—— Integral Office of Social Security of Algeciras (includes URE and CAISS), located on the Cádiz-Málaga road, number 2A (roundabout the Pandero). Surface: 4 993.48 m 2 ,

—— Administration 1103 of Jerez de la Frontera includes URE, located at c / Ancha, 5. Area: 1 303.00 m 2 ,

—— Administration 1 104 of El Puerto de Santa María includes URE, located at c / Luja, 4, ground floor. Area: 560.89 m 2 ,

—— Integral Social Security Office of Chiclana de la Frontera (includes URE and CAISS), located at Hoyo del Membrillo, 5 and 7. Area: 2 843.99 m 2 ,

—— Executive Collection Unit 1 106 of Villamartín, located at Avenida de Arcos, 69. Area: 1,224.00 m 2 ,

—— Local provincial warehouse-archive, located in the city of San Roque, s / n (Free Zone) of Cádiz. Surface: 2 401.92 m 2 ,

—— Maintenance of conservation of the former office of the Social Security of Algeciras, while such property remains at the disposal of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of the Social Security of Cádiz, located on the Paseo de la Conference, 13 and 15,

- The supply, maintenance, removal, replacement and correct emptying and sanitation of 24 sanitary hygienic containers.

The location and number of such containers is as follows:

—— 14 containers in the headquarters building of the Provincial Directorate,

—— 2, in the Administration of Jerez de la Frontera,

—— 1, in the Administration of El Puerto de Santa María,

—— 3, in the OISS of Algeciras,

—— 4, at the Chiclana OISS.

The frequency in replacing them will be monthly,

- The collection of paper for its destruction in 59 ecological containers distributed in the building of the Provincial Directorate, Administration of El Puerto de Santa María and Administration of Jerez, OISS of Chiclana and Algeciras, in the following quantities:

—— 33 containers in the headquarters building of the Provincial Directorate of Cádiz,

—— 4 containers in the Administration of El Puerto de Santa María,

—— 6 containers in the Administration of Jerez de la Frontera,

—— 8 containers in the OISS of Chiclana, 4 of them for the Administration and URE and 4 for the CAISS,

—— 8 containers in the OISS of Algeciras, 4 of them for the Administration and URE and 4 for the CAISS.
