GWG Ingolstadt is carrying out the construction of a new residential complex with daycare center in Stargarder Straße, consisting of 5 houses, including 2 high-rise buildings with 12 or 18 upper floors and a large underground car park. The master builder work began in August last year, the execution of façade and finishing trades has been running since the beginning of 2022.

Number of apartments 161 (plus day care with 4 groups)

BRI total approx. 75,000 m3 of which underground car park approx. 11,000 m3

GFA total approx. 24,000 m2, of which underground parking approx. 3,500m2

Building heights of approx. 13 m to 55 m above OK grounds (ancillary facilities up to approx. 4 m)

Tile work on ceilings and floors, subsoil reinforced concrete and drywall (GK)

The Stb walls (outer walls inside and inside walls) are already filled on site

Wall tiles, group Bla IIIa, glazed, matt, 30/60cm, total approx. 2.900m2, incl. preparatory work, primer and sealing

Floor tiles, group BIIa, glazed, matt, 30/60cm, total approx. 400m2, R10, incl. preparatory work, primer and sealing

Mosaic tiles in shower areas, group BIa, glazed, matt, 5/5cm, R10, total approx. 220m2, incl. preparatory work, primer and sealing, as well as slope to the floor drain, 152 pieces
