The hiring of a safe transport service with universal accessibility for the students of the Educational Centers with the primary objectives, on the one hand to support the programming of activities of the Educational Centers, offering the schoolchildren of the District the possibility of carrying out educational, sports and cultural activities, outside their schools, thus promoting group cohesion and learning, through tools and stimuli different from those offered from their own Educational Centers and on the other, promoting equal access to the practice of these activities to schoolchildren belonging to certain population groups who, for various circumstances (social, territorial economic, etc.) have difficulties in accessing them. The Service is aimed at the centers of Infant, Primary and Secondary Education of the District of Arganzuela, to support their programming with the realization of complementary outings to the school curriculum. This provision is intended both for travel, in Madrid Capital and in any other locality of the Community of Madrid.Also the object of the reference file is the contracting of a safe transport service with universal accessibility, for the realization of excursions and cultural and leisure outings for the elderly of the District of Arganzuela organized by the Boards of Directors of the Municipal Centers for the Elderly.

The Service is aimed at the centers of Infant, Primary and Secondary Education of the District of Arganzuela, to support their programming with the realization of complementary outings to the school curriculum. This benefit is intended both for travel, in Madrid Capital and in any other location in the Community of Madrid. It is intended to respond to the requests made both from the district's schools: nursery schools, nursery and primary schools and institutes, with regard to the Department of Education, guaranteeing the character of education as a service of public interest capable of compensating inequalities.

It is intended to respond to the realization of excursions and cultural and leisure outings for the elderly of the district organized by the Boards of Directors of the Municipal Centers for the Elderly, and the activities programmed from the Department of Social Services of Arganzuela, facilitating that the elderly leave the usual sedentary lifestyle at this age and show participation through cultural and leisure activities that keep them physically and mentally active, in addition to helping them relate to other people and other environments.
