The primary purpose of the procurement procedure is to contract a professional Supplier for the supply of ICT User Hardware.
Subgoals are;
Being able to rely on the process.

Being able to rely on a sustainable (re) destination.
The assignment includes:
- Providing ICT User Hardware
- Supplying charging carts
- Giving purchase advice
- Providing maintenance, service and warranty
- Offering a sustainable (re) destination
The starting point is a replacement cycle for the current numbers of ICT User Hardware; ca. 1800 for the benefit of pupils, ca. 300 for the benefit of teaching staff and possibly ca. 100 for the benefit of care staff (see Descriptive Document). There may be additions in addition to replacement.
