Norfors will implement several district heating projects over the next few years, where a wide range of consultancy services are needed. In particular, the preparation of new project proposals.

Norfors has prepared a plan for the roll-out of district heating in four of Norfors' owner municipalities. The plan can be found here: Norfors.dk - District heating expansion plan.

In particular, phase 1 (2023-2025) and phase 2 (2026-2027) have a particular focus on where project proposals are to be prepared. There is an expectation that as much as possible must be submitted and approved in 2023 so that Norfors can meet the government's 2028 targets.

The potential of Phase 1 is 168,981 MWh/year.

The potential of Phase 2 is 259,923 MWh/year.
