The agreement consists of the transport of students living within the municipal boundaries of Asten, Deurne, Gemert-Bakel, Laarbeek and Someren to and from schools for (special) primary education, (secondary) special education, secondary education and internship addresses in various places. Transport will be carried out with special care, given the problems and the possible disabilities / limitations of the students.
For this tender, the transport of pupils is divided into five lots, partly based on origin and partly based on destination. Parties can register once per lot; independently or through registration in combination or via subcontracting.
The agreement is entered into for a period of five years with a one-time option for a unilateral extension of two years. The effective date of the agreement is 1.8.2021, at the start of the 2021-2022 school year.
Reserve banking contracts are concluded.
Lot 1Final destination Helmond, from Gemert-Bakel and Laarbeek. An agreement and a reserve bank agreement are concluded per municipality because there are separate cash flows.
Lot 2Final destination Eindhoven, Heeze, Heibloem, Oisterwijk, Son, Sint-Michelsgestel, Veghel, Uden, Boxtel, Reek, Rosmalen, Grave, Malden, Groesbeek, Deurne and further south, and east, Gemert and further west, and north, from Gemert- Bakel and Laarbeek. An agreement and a reserve bank agreement are concluded for each municipality because there are separate flows of funds.
