Delivery, installation and commissioning of the control and staff unit furniture
The subject of the tender is the delivery, installation and commissioning of the control and staff unit furniture for the new IRLS Süd building with installation by February 2024 at the latest.
The furnishing includes the furnishing of a storage room with 18 functions and another with 10 functions. A total of 17 control center tables with dispatcher chairs, three meeting islands, a 7-seater meeting table with swivel chairs, various magnetic mobile whiteboards and blackboards are to be supplied.
The new IRLS Süd building in Bad Oldesloe is designed for 24/7 continuous operation. Very high demands are placed on ergonomics and quality. When designing the control center desks, this applies, among other things, to the acoustic measures, the designs of the worktop as a whole (e.g. glare-free surfaces) as well as in the work areas or table edges, foot and legroom, height adjustments as well as cable management or lighting and much more.
The furnishing of the control and staff units as well as the arrangement of the technical components to be integrated are intended to support the dispatcher to the highest degree in his day-to-day business of processing emergency calls.
For the commissioning of IRLS Süd in the new building, the various control center trades at their interfaces to each other must be coordinated and installed in detail within a specified time frame. The schedule set out in the tender documents with the delivery and installation of the control and staff unit furniture in February 2024 is to be understood as a minimum requirement to be complied with and is binding for the contractor, as other trades are working on it. Please only submit an offer if you can ensure that sufficient resources and required materials are available to you within this time frame.
