The «management» service activated in the ten-year building owned by the municipality includes: planning, planning, implementation and coordination of activities, adaptation, care and personal hygiene of the disabled, supply of meals, including the necessary meal assistance, cleaning and sanitizing of the premises and internal and external furnishings, ordinary maintenance and minor repairs in the pertinent premises, cleaning of pedestrian access (including the perimeter pavement of relevance ), the collection of fees charged to families and any social vouchers paid by the territories and anything else that is functionally necessary for the activity in question. The Municipality of Benevento, leader of the B1 area, with this concession, entrusts the property and the related service connected to the concessionaire, which assumes the relative business risk and every responsibility profile.
The concession includes the right for the contractor to use, for the entire duration of the relationship, the entire building used as the headquarters of the structure and to carry out the complete management of the service, the right for which must be paid to the Municipality of Benevento, for the entire duration of the contract, an annual concession fee to be paid monthly.
