1. The subject of the contract is the supply of endoprostheses for the needs of the Department of Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery of the John Paul II Provincial Hospital in Bełchatów.
2. The Ordering Party divided the subject of the contract into 20 parts (packages No. 1-20), in accordance with the detailed description included in Annex 7 to the SWZ.
3. The subject of the contract offered in the procedure has all the necessary certificates, including declarations of conformity, complies with the standards in force in the European Union, meets the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and
Authorizations for marketing and use required by overriding regulations. In addition, the aim of the ordering party is to obtain a robotic system for surgical procedures in the field of knee replacement in the form of lending for the duration of the contract
4. Other requirements concerning the performance of the contract and the rules of cooperation between the contracting authority and the contractor are specified in the draft provisions of the Annex. No 3
