Open procedure, through a confidential contract pursuant to art. 112 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the assignment of front office administrative services, divided into two lots:
— lot 1 — USL company of Romagna: “Management of one-stop shop offices, information point and administrative support service for withdrawal centers and health homes”. IGC Code: 8798283CCE,
— Lot 2 — IRCCS IRST of Meldola: “Management of locations for booking, patient acceptance and other administrative activities”. CIG code: 8798304E22
For the duration of 2 years, with options and renewal for a further 2 years.

Lot 1 — USL Company of Romagna: “Management of one-stop shop offices, information point and administrative support service for withdrawal centers and health homes”“Management of one-stop offices, information point and administrative support service for withdrawal centers and health homes of the USL Company of Romagna”.
The object of the services related to lot no. 1, consists in the management of the offices, which, for different reasons, fall under the availability of the USL Company of Romagna, dedicated to the performance of the services front office administrative and other administrative activities, in detail defined in the technical specifications and in the other tender documents, to which reference is made.
Pursuant to art. 112 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the contracting station “reserves” the right to participate in this procurement procedure to economic operators and social cooperatives and their consortia whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities, when at least 30% of the workers in the aforementioned OE are composed of workers with disabilities.
In addition, during the executive phase, the winning OE is obliged to execute the contract in the context of protected work programs or through the adoption of specific recovery and insertion programs work, which provide, for the entire duration of the service, the use of persons with disabilities or disadvantaged referred to in paragraph 2 of art. 112 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 in percentage equal to at least 50% (fifty) percent) of the human resources made available for the execution of the service itself.
Lot 2 — IRCCS IRST of Meldola: “Managing locations for booking, patient acceptance and other administrative activities”Lot 2: “Managing locations for patient acceptance, booking, switchboard and other administrative activities for the IRST of Meldola.”
The subject of Lot 2 services consists in the management of the locations, which in different ways fall under the availability of the IRST, dedicated to the performance of booking services, patient acceptance and other administrative activities, defined in the technical specifications.
