The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled "Acceptance and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 - Other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 in the R1 process", i.e. successive acceptance of waste with the code 19 12 12. Waste must be managed in the Contractor's installation in the R1 recovery process – Use mainly as a fuel or other means of energy generation, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021.0.779).

Waste must be managed in the Contractor's installation in the R1 recovery process – Use mainly as a fuel or other means of energy generation, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021.0.779). The estimated amount of waste with the code 19 12 12, which will be transferred (transport on the part of the Ordering Party) for management to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be 5 500 Mg. The Ordering Party has the right to exercise the right of option by obliging the Contractor to collect and manage, during the term of the contract, waste in an amount of up to 1100 Mg (20% of the basic contract amount).
