Contract award:
Bærum Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for fuel.
The contracting authority requests tenders for the following:
1) framework agreement for the procurement of fuel from pumps;
2) framework agreement for the procurement of fuel in bulk.
Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment.
We would like a framework agreement with several tenderers (parallel framework agreements) for pump deliveries.
In 2019 approx. NOK 328 000 was spent on fuel from pumps and NOK 47 000 on bunker deliveries of diesel for construction machinery. We expect this to be fairly stable in future years. The amount is a guideline and it is not binding in any way for the contracting authority.

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e. tenders for the following lots:
— framework agreement for the procurement of fuel in bulk — a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer;
— framework agreement for the procurement of fuel from pumps;
— we would like to enter into a framework agreement with several tenderers (parallel framework agreements) for pump deliveries;
— use of tenderers: the contracting authority would like to use the tenderers that are geographically closest to each individual entity in the municipality.
The contracting authority reserves the right to be able to have several filling cards per vehicle and thus have the option to fill up where it is cheapest. In 2019 approx. NOK 328 000 was spent on fuel from pumps and NOK 47 000 was spent on bunker deliveries of fuel for construction machinery. We expect this to be fairly stable in future years. The amount is a guideline and it is not binding in any way for the contracting authority.
The contracting authority will, however, factor in that the need and price can increase, so that orders for a total of NOK 1 000 000 a year can occur.
Delivery of fuel for the ambulance boat is not included in this contest.
Emphasis is put on the fact that the assignment is for Smøla Municipality.
