The agreement consists of the operational delivery and then the provision (including hosting, maintenance and user support) of 4 websites and 4 intranets from 1 system for the 4 Dommelvallei organizations. To achieve this, the contracting authority is looking for 1 contractor who delivers all requirements and any wishes in the contract as an IT performance.

The contract for delivery and implementation of the contract is entered into for a period of 4 years with 4 times an extension option of 1 year.

The assignment (referred to in the GIBIT IT performance) consists of the following components:

• One-off costs: 4 websites with their own CMS;

The delivery and implementation (in accordance with implementation plan) of 4 websites based on 4 CMSs, including

Graphic design per organization (site template);

• One-off costs: 4 (social) intranets (multitenancy);

The delivery and implementation (in accordance with implementation plan) of 1 software system that serves 4 social intranets,

Including graphic design (own look & feel) per organization;

• One-off costs: 4 x full hosting of website and intranets;

Services

In addition to delivering the software, the assignment also includes a number of services. A distinction is made between one-off and annual services.

One-off services are:

• Technical implementation;

• Training;

• the education and training of administrators & content editors for websites and intranets (location contracting

Shift);

• Consultancy for further development in accordance with fixed hourly rate

Annual services are:

• Availability;

• Licenses / costs hosting package;

• Maintenance and user support.
