Fontys University of the Arts (FHK) has a large collection of its own instruments. The largest group of instruments are the keyboard instruments (pianos & grand pianos).

With this tender, the Contracting Authority wants to contract a party for the tuning, management and maintenance (including overhaul) of all pianos & grand pianos present at the Zwijsenplein location in Tilburg.

The contractor shall be responsible for:

- Tuning the pianos and grand pianos present.

- Drawing up a multi-year maintenance schedule for the pianos and grand pianos present.

- Performing full maintenance (including overhaul) on the pianos and grand pianos present.

- Moving wings internally.

Annex 4 contains an overview of all available keyboard instruments (pianos and grand pianos).
