1) Scope of works and other related information:

1.1) type of construction — new construction;

1.2) place of construction — Erfurto str. 13, Vilnius;

1.3) category of construction — special structure;

1.4) the purpose of the structure — non-residential (sports) buildings;

1.5) Description — construction work in accordance with the 2020 interior project No. CL_LB_15.06.03_A64-69.15_3.10.22-AD4 “Vilnius Multifunctional Lazdynai Wellness Centre, Erfurto str. 13, Vilnius City, future health zone installation and interior project”, project No.Cl LB 15.06.03 A64-69.15 3.10.22-AD4-0-DP-SK-2/06 and explanatory note, as well as preparation of work project;

1.6) the supplier, when submitting the offer and organizing the works, must assess that the works will be carried out at the construction site where the construction works of the whole object are carried out by the contractor, AB “Panevėžio statybos trestas”, therefore the future contractor, in accordance with clause 79 of the tender conditions, must assess the current situation assess the scope of preparation of the work and the draft work, as provided for in Annex 1 to the conditions of the contest, in the explanatory note;

1.7) On behalf of the contracting authority, the supplier must submit a part of the construction structures of the work project to the expert examination contractor of the construction part of the work project designated by the contracting authority.
