Supply and maintenance of three optical plasma spectrometers (CNPE Chinon laboratory) for the batches defined below:

- lot 1: supply of two optical plasma spectrometers in 2020 and 2021;

- lot 2: supply of an optical plasma spectrometer in 2022;

- lot 1: the holder must hold CEFRI E radiation protection certification (or equivalent issued by an accredited body).

To meet the specifications, potential suppliers must provide EDF with a technical brief providing evidence (technical data, skills, performance on a similar application, etc.) that the requirements of this document have been met. EDF will study and judge the technical pre-admissibility of the proposals made. Subsequently, confirmation tests will be carried out in the laboratories of the selected suppliers in order to definitively validate their technical proposal.

Lot n o 1: from 1.9.2020 to 31.8.2032.

For lot 1, the company entrusts to the contractor who accepts the performance of the services covered by this contract because of its CEFRI E certification. This certification is an essential condition for concluding and performing the contract (article 2.2.5 of the CCTP in room n o 3).

Supply of a “cold” plasma spectrometer in 2020.

Maintenance including supply of consumables associated with technical implementation (after two-year warranty): 1.9.2022 to 31.8.2032.

Transfer and installation of the spectrometer to another laboratory during semester 1 2022 (same site) CEE laboratory to manufacturing laboratory.

Supply of a “hot” plasma spectrometer in 2021 (1 er semester) Lidec laboratory.

Maintenance including supply of consumables associated with technical implementation (after two-year warranty): 1.3.2023 to 31.8.2032.

The services of the supply of optical plasma spectrometer include:

- the apparatus;

- installation;

- Training;

- IT and software.

Maintenance and spare parts services include:

- Preventive maintenance;

- corrective maintenance;

- management of spare parts;

- Helpline.

Lot n o 2: supply of a “cold” plasma spectrometer in 2022 (1 er semester): entry into service 1.6.2022.

- supply of a “cold” plasma spectrometer in 2022 (1 er semester) Renolab laboratory;

- maintenance including supply of consumables associated with technical implementation (after two-year warranty): 1.6.2024 to 31.8.2032.

The services of the supply of optical plasma spectrometer include:

- the apparatus,

- installation,

- Training,

- IT and software.

Maintenance and spare parts services include:

- Preventive maintenance;

- corrective maintenance;

- management of spare parts;

- Helpline.

The company notifies the holder of the execution orders and / or the execution orders within 30 days before the start of the execution of the services.
