The purpose of this contract is to rehabilitate buildings for Aix-Marseille University located on the Quartier des Faculté campus in Aix-En-Provence as part of:
1. The creation of a judicial centre on the PONCET site for the Faculty of Law and Political Science;
2. The development of science training on the MONTPERRIN site for the Faculty of Science.
The consultation includes the following lots*:

ElevatorThis is a simple fixed-price contract. The services are described in the CCTP of the lot
air conditioning - ventilation - heatingit is a single-contractor framework agreement executed as and when purchase orders are issued pursuant to the provisions of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code (this is the new name of the "purchase order contract concluded with an economic operator"). The Framework Agreement is mixed-priced. The Framework Agreement includes a minimum threshold and a maximum threshold: Minimum threshold: Amount of the fixed-price part of the contract (Cf. DPGF of Lot 6) - Maximum threshold: lump sum of the contract + 20,000 euro excluding VAT for the duration of the contract.
It is also a firm tranche contract and optional tranche(s) for the fixed-price part in application of the provisions mentioned in articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code.
