Repair and maintenance services. Artillery Systems Project Team requires the repair and support of the Advanced Sound-Ranging Battery Management System. The repairs are to be carried out on ad-hoc tasking against agreed pricing structure on a 30 day turn around basis. Sufficient technical knowledge and skills will be required to maintain technical publications, safety cases and technical support as and when required by the Authority.

Bidders should complete the accompanying Pre-Qualification Questionnaire reference 48662DPUS6. Questionnaires that receive a total score of below 50 % for Form 2: Part F of the PQQ will not be invited to tender. The weighting and scoring crtieria is provided with each question in Form 2:Part F. Should all bids receive a total score of 50 % or above only the highest 5 bids will be invited to tender. Bidders must have received a ‘pass’ in Form 1: Part A to Part E and Form 2 Part G of the questionnaire to be invited to tender.

Any response provided to this Contract Notice and Pre-qualification Questionnaire is Subject to Contract and will not form a legally binding Offer of Contract by the Authority.
