The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract, to employ persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in the acquisition and skidding of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended).
The services will consist in the performance of logging and skidding based on two possible technologies:
(a) for harvesting wood and making wood grades of chainsaws and for skidding skidding (tractors, forwarders);
b) with the use for logging and production of wood grades of forestry machines (multi-operational) type harvesters and for skidding skidding (tractors, forwarders).
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. In the field of seeds, in addition, in the territorial area of the Kościerzyna Forest District – collection of seeds and cones from commercial seed stands of the General Directorate of National Heritage, and other forest districts of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Gdańsk – in the case of harvesting seeds of deciduous species from commercial seed stands, services will be provided in 2023.
